Radial Rotation

In port bulk cargo terminals or mining stockyards, there is no need to frequently move the main body of the equipment; instead, materials can be evenly stockpiled in different areas through radial rotation. Telescopic Adjustment

The telescopic boom of the equipment adopts a high-strength lattice frame structure, and its length can be flexibly adjusted according to stockpiling needs (standard telescopic range: 15-25 meters, with support for customized extension). When handling small batches of materials, shortening the telescopic boom can reduce no-load energy consumption; when handling large batches of materials, extending the telescopic boom can avoid compaction caused by excessively high material accumulation. Luffing Lifting

The luffing mechanism is driven by a hydraulic cable system, enabling precise adjustment of the stockpiling height within the range of 6.5-8.0 meters (it automatically adapts according to the angle of repose of materials; for example, under the working condition of kaolin with a 45° angle of repose, the stockpiling height can reach 8 meters, and the optional configuration allows a maximum stockpiling height of 20 meters). In ore stockpiling scenarios, controlling the material falling height through luffing lifting can effectively reduce material degradation caused by impact (e.g., the degradation rate of limestone is reduced from 5% of traditional stockpiling to less than 1%), while preventing dust from flying, which meets environmental protection requirements.

Drive and Hydraulic System

The drive system can optionally adopt well-known brand gear motors such as SEW (Germany), FLENDER (Germany), and JlE (China), with an output power of 22kW (main conveyor) + 11kW (chassis), which is suitable for handling requirements of 300TPH. The motor efficiency is over 95%, saving 10% more energy than ordinary motors. The hydraulic power pack adopts a high-quality hydraulic system, with an oil tank capacity of 500-650 liters and a dual filtration device. The hydraulic oil cleanliness reaches NAS Class 8, which reduces wear of hydraulic components, and the annual system failure rate is less than 0.5%.

Control System

The equipment supports three operating modes and is equipped with an HMI touch screen. The operation interface is simple and intuitive, supporting multi-language switching to facilitate operation and maintenance by customers in different regions, meeting the needs of different scenarios:

Safety System

The ZR80SF Stacker Conveyor fully covers risk scenarios such as "power failure, rope breakage, and belt deviation" in its safety design: In case of power failure, the hydraulic cable system automatically self-locks within 0.01 seconds to prevent the telescopic boom from suddenly falling; it is equipped with dual mechanical limit devices, so even if the steel wire rope breaks, the telescopic boom will be locked by the limit mechanism to avoid the expansion of accidents; Tilt switches are installed on both sides of the belt, and when the belt deviation exceeds the set value, the equipment automatically shuts down to prevent belt wear or material spillage.

Cleaning and Maintenance Components

The head and tail of the equipment are each equipped with a set of polyurethane (PU) cleaning scrapers, totaling 4 sets (for 3-phase power supply configuration), with a cleaning rate of 98%. They can effectively remove residual materials on the belt surface and reduce belt wear. The service life of the scrapers reaches 10,000 hours, and they can be replaced individually, resulting in low maintenance costs.
