ZOOMRY ZRSL Series Mobile Ship Loader is a lightweight bulk material handling equipment specially designed for continuous bulk loading and unloading. Efficient Drive and Conveying System

  • ZOOMRY's mobile ship loader adopts imported gear motors from Germany's SEW/FLENDER and ZOOMRY-customized hydraulic power units, with an output power of up to 160kW. It provides strong driving force and stable operation, ensuring continuous conveying of iron ore at high belt speeds.
  • The conveyor belt is made of high-strength steel cord belt with a width of up to 2200mm and a maximum belt speed of 6m/s. Its wear resistance coefficient is 2.5 times that of ordinary belts, adapting to the high wear characteristics of iron ore.
  • The idler group adopts ZOOMRY's independently developed ultra-wear-resistant idlers, with a rotation resistance of ≤2N, an operating noise of <45dB, and a service life of more than 50,000 hours, reducing the frequency of equipment shutdown for maintenance.

Intelligent Flexible Control Technology

  • The equipment is equipped with a full-function PLC control system and a touch-type HMI operation panel, supporting three operation modes: automatic, remote, and manual. It can realize automatic control of the loading process and reduce manual intervention.
  • It has an intelligent material distribution function. Through infrared distance measurement and ship draft monitoring, it automatically adjusts the conveying angle and telescopic length to avoid material accumulation or spillage, increasing the loading uniformity by 30%.

  • The ZRSL mobile ship loader adopts a crawler/wheeled chassis design. The crawler chassis has a low ground contact pressure and can move freely on soft ground; the wheeled chassis is equipped with ultra-solid tires, adapting to rapid transfer on hardened roads with a transfer speed of up to 5km/h.
  • The telescopic boom can realize length adjustment of 15-30m, a rotation angle of ±110°, and a luffing angle of -15°~+28°, covering the entire cabin of the ship. Loading operations can be completed without moving the ship.
  • The modular design allows the equipment to be disassembled into 40-foot container standard size for transportation. On-site assembly only takes 10-20 days, greatly reducing cross-border transportation costs and installation cycles.

Environmental Protection and Energy-Saving Innovations

  • It adopts a closed conveying channel and rubber sealed skirt design. The dust leakage during material conveying is ≤5mg/m³, which is much lower than the EU EN 12895 and China GB 16297 environmental protection standards.
  • The hydraulic system uses an energy-saving variable displacement pump, which automatically reduces power consumption when idling, saving more than 20% energy compared with traditional ship loaders; an optional solar auxiliary power supply system can further reduce dependence on fossil energy.
  • The equipment's operating noise is <75dB, meeting the noise limit requirements for port night operations, realizing green loading with "low noise, low dust, and low consumption".

Multiple Safety Protection Mechanisms

  • It is equipped with a steel wire rope anti-fall device and a hydraulic self-locking system. Even in the event of power interruption or steel wire rope breakage, the telescopic boom can be locked within 0.01 seconds to avoid equipment damage or personal injury.
  • It is equipped with multiple safety interlocks such as belt deviation detection, overload protection, and emergency stop buttons. When the equipment malfunctions, it automatically shuts down and alarms to ensure operation safety.
  • The frame is welded with Q355B high-strength section steel, which has passed ultrasonic flaw detection. It can withstand 1.5 times the impact load of iron ore, and the structural strength meets the ISO 6336 standard.
